Welcome your guests with artisan cheeses and roasted nuts. Follow these with dainty blinis with beetroot and creamy goat's curd.

Then cue the main feast. Free-range Australian ham from Borrowdale Farms baked with a maple and almond (optional) crust makes for a real ‘wow’ factor centrepiece. We’ve sourced fresh Tasmanian salmon and partnered it with a creamy labne and a tangy fennel pickle from our friends at Cornersmiths. These are partnered with that all-time favourite side dish - crispy roast potatoes, this time with a Marley Spoon twist - browned butter and crispy sage. And a fresh and plentiful asparagus and watercress salad with honey mustard dressing.
