On the 3rd day of Christmas… we made no-churn mango ice-cream - and you can do it too, here’s our recipe.

NO-CHURN MANGO ICECREAM RECIPE Throw into a food processor or blender: - the flesh of a mango - a can of condensed milk - 300ml thickened cream - a large pinch of salt Process or blend until smooth and pour into a 1L container. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
