Feels pretty good right? **Do this right now:**1. You need to move for 10 minutes every hour. No excuses. And you generally need a break after an hour of solid work anyway, so don’t deny yourself. 2. Sit properly. You want to be sitting at a 90/90/90/ angle. Place your chair at a height where your feet can firmly rest on the ground, keep your back straight against the back of the chair and have your computer angled so that the top third of the screen is above eye-level, this will stop you from hunching forward. It is also worth considering buying a large exercise ball to sit on! 3. Leg extensions. While sitting, raise one leg so that it is level with your hip. Hold for 10 seconds, release. Do the same with you other leg. Repeat 5 times on each leg. 4. Shoulder raises. Raise one shoulder to your ear and hold for 10 seconds. Relax, and repeat on other side. 5. Wrist stretch - great for those typing hands! Start by stretching one arm out in front with the palm facing up. Use your other hand to grab your fingers and pull them down towards your desk. Repeat on the other side. 6. Back twist. While sitting, place each hand on the armrest of your chair and twist your back to the right. Do the same on the left. 7. Neck rotations. Whilst sitting at your desk, slowly roll your neck from left to right. Let Marley Spoon keep you healthy at home! Order now with $35 off
