We are changing things up this year, and instead of a fully dedicated Christmas box, we thought, why not spread the festivities out into 2 weeks.
It’s unfair, for all the joy and happiness to be simply contained into one day. It's a celebratory time, so why not spread it out over 2 weeks, meaning more delicious food to share with your friends and family.
Our Culinary Team have been working hard to create simple, delicious and easy-to-cook festive dishes that scream festive summertime.
On the weeks commencing the 16th of December and 23rd December, your dinner time choices will look something like this:
- Overall 24 deliciously different dinners;
- 3 fantastically festive dishes (2x meat and 1x vegetarian);
- 2 delectable desserts containing some extra flair for all your holiday entertaining needs.
We’ve kept it real simple, when placing orders for our specially festive menu, it’s the exact same! Head to your account and pick which dishes you would like to create.
The complete menu will be popping up in a few weeks in your account section, but until then, here is a little taster of what’s in store:
Festive Chicken-Rice Pilaf with Cranberries, Almonds and Feta
Get your festive vibe on with this scrumptious bowl of Christmas-inspired goodness. With The Big Day around the corner, you want a celebratory mood AND you want meals that are wholesome, easy and delicious too. Are we right? (We think we're right). Cranberries, toasted almonds and feta give this pilaf a special edge, perfect for succulent slices of chicken breast.
Mango and Ricotta 'Pavlova' with Macadamia Nut Brittle
We've taken the concept of Pavlova and broken it down to its vital parts; chefs call it a 'deconstruction' ... we call it 'too easy'. Ready-made meringues mean the hard work's done but we haven't completely robbed the cook of some fun. Toffeed macadamias are a blast to make then, once the cream is made and mango prepped, you get to plate up like a pro. And bask in cooking glory.
